Returns: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your product to initiate a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Process: Contact us at hi@remotebites.com with your order number to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
